FLEXIBLE AND WITHOUT NEEDING ELECTRICITY
DOSATRON’s water-driven proportional dosing units work extremely precisely and absolutely reliably without needing to be connected to a power supply. The dosing unit uses only the power of the water flowing through it and calculates the quantity of additives accordingly. The dosage of the prepared stock solution remains constant at all times thanks to the coupled operating principle of the proportional dosing units.
PRECISE AND RELIABLE
The way DOSATRON’s water-driven proportional dosing pumps work allows them to be used in a wide range of applications, such as water treatment, food production, dosing of coolants and lubricants, cleaning and disinfection, liquid fertilisation and many more.

- Water flow rate: 5 ... 700 l/h
- Dosing feed: 0.0075 ... 38.5 l/h
- Dosing: proportional, e.g. a setting of 1% corresponds to a dosing ratio of 1 : 100

How it works
Connected to the water mains, the dosing unit uses water pressure alone as its driving force. In this way, it draws in the concentrate, doses it to the desired percentage and mixes it with the water supply. The working solution produced in this way flows through the dosing unit. The quantity of product to be dosed is proportional to the water flow rate, even in the event of fluctuations in flow rate or pressure.

- Disinfection, cleaning, fertilisation, pest control, lubrication, pH/TH regulation, flocculation, car washing
- Environment, hygiene, water treatment, food industry, car washing, metalworking, printing industry, horticulture

Applications
- Metalworking. The proportional dosing unit is connected directly to the water supply and uses water pressure alone as its driving force. The unit thus dispenses a wide variety of concentrates directly into the reservoirs of traditional or CNC machine tools. Thanks to its precision and reliability, any incorrect dosing is ruled out, thereby preventing errors in the production of mixtures (emulsions and solutions).
- The D3IL10 produces a better emulsion thanks to the integrated emulsifying disc (1).
