CONTROL RANGE
PRISMA pumps are characterised by extremely precise control with an impressive control range of up to 4800:1. This allows the dosing process to be divided into up to 4800 steps in order to achieve the most accurate and even distribution of the product to be dosed.
SLOW MODE
By activating the "slow speed mode", the suction speed can be reduced from 100% to 1% of the usual speed, which makes the suction and dosing of even very viscous media easier, more reliable and more accurate.
FLEXIBILITY
With the software and stepper motor of the PRISMA dosing pump, the dosing unit can be fully customised to your individual dosing requirements. There are several dosing programmes to choose from!

PRISMA is a dosing pump equipped with a diaphragm stepper motor. The microprocessor controls the position and speed of the diaphragm during the entire delivery and suction cycle.
PRISMA has functions such as level control, alarm functions and a stand-by mode. The available operating modes include constant operation, constant operation with external input, ppm, percentage, mlq, work interruption, weekly programme, mA, pulse, volt, external batch and manual batch.
